INTEGRATIVE APPROACH
As a therapist, I hold a range of experience in guiding individuals facing a variety of emotional and psychological challenges, including anxiety, dissociation, panic attacks, trauma (PTSD), depression, low self-esteem, hypersensitivity (HSP), phobias, OCD, burn-out, and existential dread.
In my online practice, I do not adhere to the process of diagnosis and this is not a focus of my therapeutic approach.
the therapy
My immersion in different cultures and their practices have solidified my belief in the necessity of integrating these techniques and wisdom into traditional therapeutic approaches.
I firmly believe that the mind and body are fundamentally interconnected, and therefore, involving the body and the breath in therapy is essential for your wellbeing.
By combining proven clinical methods with breath and bodywork, I tailor therapy to meet the unique needs and experiences of each individual.
In our sessions, we will:
- Explore emotions and their physical sensations
- Release repressed emotions in a supported way
- Examine the beliefs and patterns shaping your experience
- Rebuild trust and safety within your body
- Deepen understanding of your nervous system and its role in emotional regulation
- Learning how to become an observer of your physical sensations and responses
Together, we will move towards achieving a deeper understanding and integration of mind, body and emotions.
